Ordering

Q	Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
A	No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible

Q	How do I check the current status of my order?

Q	How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?
A	You will receive an email as well as an sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.

Q	What You Receive Is What You Pay For?
A	At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 48hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.

Q	How can I cancel my order?
A	Fast2cart provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support team before it is dispatched to your home. Please note: Once the order is packed, the merchant may levy a fee of Rs.20 if an order was placed by online payment method only. Cash on Delivery Order cancellation is free.

Q	Can I reschedule my order?
A	Yes, you can do this by contacting our support team. Please note: Once the order is packed, the customer will be charged a fee of Rs.15 if an order is rescheduled by the customer.

Q	What if I have any complaint regarding my order?
A	You can use the “Contact Us” section on the app/web. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.

Q	How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?
A	Our fruits and vegetables sellers have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. Do let us know within 24 Hours if you’re not happy with the quality of product received.

Q	Can I schedule an order to my convenience?
A	Sure. After placing your order please contact our customer support team for your convineience choice.

Q	The product I want is not available on Fast2cart. How do I get my favorite neighborhood Specialty store listed on Fast2cart?
A	You can contact our customer support team for all suggestions related to new stores or products. We will work extra hard to get the store listed on Fast2cart and get the product available to you.

Q	Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Fast2cart?
A	Yes, it is. All transactions on Fast2cart.com are completed via secure payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

Q	How can I make payments at Fast2cart?
A	Fast2cart accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, Cash on delivery and Wallets.

Refund & Cancellation

Why is there an order cancellation fee?

A

We charge an order cancellation fee to compensate for the time and effort incurred towards processing an order. Every order placed has to undergo a system driven process as well as a manual process in order to make sure the order reaches our customers on time, every time. For this purpose, a time is booked for every order that gets placed in our system and the order picking process happens seamlessly. In this entire process we incur labor as well as an opportunity cost on the booked time. During the event of a cancellation the entire process has to be stopped and reset. This takes up considerable processing time to open the time yet again for another customer to order.

Q	What If I want to return something?
A	If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint within 24 hours. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue.You can also return the products which you are dissatisfied with, at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you.

Q	How long do you take to initiate my refund?
A	For COD, the refund will made by our delivery boys within 24 hours, once the order is delivered. For Online payment the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets.

Q	When will I get my cashback?
A	If your transaction is eligible for a cashback, you will receive it within 24 hours of delivery. In case of external wallet promotions, you will receive it within 72 hours of placing your order.

Q	Do you have offline stores?
A	No we are a purely internet based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores.

Q	Where can I find currently running offers/ promotions?
A	There is a link called “Offers” on the bottom right hand side of our website. All products with any discount or promotions are listed under this section.

Q	What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?
A	We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

Q	I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders with fast2cart.com?
A	Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact as to our customer support team to know more.

Q	How do I register?
A	You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears and submit the registration information.

Q	Do I have to necessarily register to shop on fast2cart?
A	No, you can surf and add products to the cart and checkout as guest without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to track and view their order history.

Q	Can I have multiple registrations?
A	Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one fast2cart account.

Q	Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?
A	Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your fast2cart account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Q	Do you deliver in my area?
A	We deliver in all pincodes of Patna, Hajipur, Sonepur, Bihta, Maner. Please Note - Order above Rs 1000/- with shipping charge of Rs 25/- will be eligible to deliver in Hajipur, Sonepur, Bihta, Maner.

Q	What is the minimum order for delivery?
A	The minimum Order amount for delivery is Rs 250/-.

Q	What is same day delivery? Do you do same day delivery?
A	We do same day delivery when order was placed befor 5 Pm evening. After your ordr will be delivered next day.
